The 2018 Farm Bill

Congress voted in favor of the 2018 Farm Bill in December 2018 and once The President authorized it, the sale, distribution, and production of hemp and hemp derived products became federally legal. According to the Farm Bill, a hemp product can contain up to 0.3% of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Before this bill, a small portion of states had legalized hemp, but after this bill, legislatures around the country revised their hemp policy to align with federal law.

This decision was pivotal for the cannabis industry.

One aspect of The Farm Bill was that it legally separated "marijuana" and "hemp." Because of this, marijuana still cannot cross state lines, be shipped, or purchased with a debit or credit card, but hemp was freed from these restrictions.

And thus, Eddies was born.

Our official Eddies products are manufactured using the best hemp derived cannabinoids and we are constantly focused on adhering to both state and federal guidelines to offer true artisanal infusions for discerning connoisseurs
